A devastating fire in the garment factory "Tazreen" in Bangladesh killed over a hundred workers on November 25, 2012.  A factory building collapse "Rana" killed more than 1400 mostly young women workers a few months later. These are neither rare nor isolated events.

The Bangladesh Workers Solidarity Network is a coalition of groups and individuals in the Boston area that support garment workers in Bangladesh in their struggle for a living wage, unions and safe working conditions.

We express solidarity with working people everywhere.
